After your order has been placed using our online store, you will recieve an automated email messege that your order has been receieved. Soon after you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please give us a call at 1-605-254-6133 .
After orders are placed and payment is received, constructing the units, packaging and shipping can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. After your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
We take matters of customer satisfaction and incorrect orders very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. If you are unsatisfied with your received product, are missing pieces or received the wrong order - take photo proof and email to email@example.com .
